Ingredients:

Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 190C. Peel the apples, cut in two parts. Mix up the apples with lemon juice and 80 grams of sugar and leave it to infuse for about 1 hour. Prepare the dough. Mix the flour, salt, baking powder. Mix the eggs and vanilla sugar in a bowl. Butter and sugar beat with a mixer until light in color. Add the egg mixture, lemon zest, flour, milk and buttermilk. In a well greased form Put sliced apples. Next, pour the dough and place on top of the incised halves of apples. Bake for 45-60 minutes, until golden brown. Coat the apples with sugar syrup.
