Belgian waffles

Ingredients:

    
Flour - 2 cups
    
Baking powder - 1/4 tsp
    
Salt - 1 tsp
    
Sugar - 2 teaspoons
    
Butter - 100g
    
Egg - 2 pcs
    
Milk - 500 ml
    
Vanilla - 1/5 tsp
    
Dry yeast - 2.5 teaspoons
    
Hot water - 1/2 cup





Preparation:
In a large bowl, combine the warm water, sugar and yeast. Let sit for 5-10 minut.Dobavte flour, milk, melted butter, salt and vanilla. Stir well, cover with cling film and store in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours. In a bowl, beat the eggs and baking powder. Add the egg mixture to the dough, mix well until smooth. Preheat waffle iron. Bake waffles according to the instructions of your waffle iron. Bon Appetit.
