Pumpkin pie with blackberries, white chocolate and almonds

Ingredients:

    
Pumpkin - 250g
    
Sugar - 120 gr
    
Egg - 3 pieces
    
Almond (slices) - 100g
    
Flour - 1/2 cup
    
Baking powder - 2 tsp
    
Cinnamon - 1 tsp
    
Blackberry (any fruit) - 150 g
    
White chocolate - 100g
    
Almond (chips) - a handful
    
Powdered sugar - for sprinkling










Preparation:
Heat oven to 200 C. pumpkin rub on a small grater. In a mixer bowl, mix the eggs with the sugar until thick. Add the pumpkin and mix well. Then add the flour, almonds, baking powder, cinnamon. Mix well, pour half of the dough in the pan, the laid paper baking dish, sprinkle top with berries and white chocolate and then pour the remaining batter and sprinkle with almonds. Bake for 30-35 minutes, check the readiness with a toothpick. Allow to cool for about 30 minutes, cut into squares and serve sprinkled with powdered sugar.
