Biscuits with almonds and blueberries

Ingredients:

    
Dough
    
Flour - 2.5 cups
    
Sugar - 1/2 cup
    
Baking powder - 1 tablespoon
    
Soda - at the tip of a knife
    
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
    
Butter - 1/2 cup
    
Milk - 1 cup
    
Vanilla - 1 tsp
    
Blueberries - 3/4 cup
    
Almond (chips) - 1/3 cup
    
Glaze
    
Powdered sugar - 1 cup
    
Almond extract - 1/4 tsp
    
Milk - 2 teaspoons






Preparation:
Preheat oven to 190C. Mix all dry ingredients with chunks of chilled butter until fine crumbs, add milk, blueberries and almonds. Dough get quite wet. Put the dough on the table, well-floured. Making shape of a rectangle and cut with a knife rolls in the form of a triangle, should have 7-8 triangles. Place the rolls on a baking sheet with baking paper the laid. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown. At the time, until the buns are baked make glaze, mix all ingredients together. Once the muffins are ready, let them cool down for 5-10 minutes, sprinkle them with glaze. Serve rolls warm.
