Ingredients:
Butter - 180 gr
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Egg - 2 pcs
Yogurt Classic - 1 cup
Baking powder - 2 tsp
Corn flour - 1 cup
Flour - 1 cup
Salt - 1 tsp
Smoked sausage - 6-8 pc
Preparation:Preheat the oven to 190C. Grease a baking dish with butter cupcakes and sprinkle with cornmeal.
In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar until fluffy mass. Add the eggs and yogurt. Mix well with a mixer. Add dry ingredients. Mix well. Spread the batter into the molds for cakes (1 tablespoon), in the middle of each mold insert a pre-sliced sausages. Bake until golden, about 10 minutes. Serve warm mini muffins hot dog with spicy ketchup or salsa.
