Cookies Madeleine

Ingredients:

    
Sugar - 100g
    
Egg - 3 pieces
    
Lemon zest - 1/2 pieces
    
Flour - 100g
    
Baking powder - 1 tsp
    
Butter - 100g
    
Salt - 1/8 teaspoon
    
Honey - 1.5 tablespoon
    
Powdered sugar - for sprinkling







Preparation:
Sift flour and mix with baking powder and salt. Melt the butter. Whisk the eggs and sugar in large mixer bowl until thick. Add the lemon zest, then the flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix gently. Add honey and whisk again. Place the dough in a refrigerator for 15 minutes. Fill the pastry dough and squeeze the syringe on paper for baking cookies in the form of shells. Or use a special silicone molds for baking cookies Madeleine. Bake cookies for 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool. Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar cookies.
