Lime Flammer

More moderate originals fit is not as extreme recipes. It is enough to impress their guests unconventional composition of the goodies.
Any trivial treat automatically goes into the category of the original, it is necessary to introduce into it some exotic ingredients. Take, for example, the usual pudding recipes and add them something unusual. One of the options presented on the photo: Lime Flammer.
Be warned once: the basic cooking time will be spent on search for necessary components. The recipe consists of 4 servings:

    
Cachaça (Brazilian sugar vodka) - 60 ml;
    
carambola, vanilla bean, lime - 1 pieces;
    
1/2 mango;
    
2 kiwi;
    
maple syrup - 2 tablespoons;
    
Milk and cream - 250 ml;
    
150 g of sugar;
    
45 g of starch.







The very same process of preparation quite simple:

   
1. Get pulp vanilla pod along the cutting. Grate the lime zest.

Stir in vanilla, zest, cream, milk and sugar. Put the mixture on fire.
   
3. As soon as it boils, add a little starch, mashed with 50ml rum. Boil the mass of a few minutes, without stopping stirring.
   
4. Arrange in a pre-chilled pudding molds, cool. Then for 2 hours in the refrigerator clean.

While Flammer freezes, it's time to prepare your fruit salad. It is for him and needed exotic fruits. Clean them (except the carambola) and cut into thin slices. Fill it with a mixture of the remaining rum, maple syrup and 1 tablespoon lime juice.
