Delicious soup with meatballs

Ingredients:• minced beef, pork, chicken or turkey can be mixed - 400g,• Potatoes - 4 pcs. medium size,• egg - 2 pieces,• medium sized carrot - 2 pieces,• medium size onion - 2 pieces,• vegetable oil and butter for zazharki,• green onions, parsley, dill,• salt, pepper, bay leaf to taste.



 
Method of preparation

To begin preparing meatballs. In the beef add the grated or chopped in a blender onions and eggs. Salt, pepper. Thoroughly knead. Better mass for the meatballs cook for 0.5-1 hour before the soup. The components are well treated and create a homogeneous mass. After this period lepim meatballs. If we do not intend to freeze their preparations for the future, it is best to just throw in boiling salted water.Potatoes are my, cleaned, cut into cubes small size and add to the soup. If you are not a fan of zazharki, the meatball soup (photo can be seen below) is prepared in this way. Carrots and onions cleanse, wash and cut: carrots into thin strips, and onions into small cubes. Throw in the soup after the potatoes. 5-10 minutes later, add the butter. For those who prefer to fry the vegetables must be simmered them in a frying pan in a mixture of butter and vegetable oil.Finely chopped green onions, parsley and dill.
