Curd dessert "Trio"

Ingredients for dessert:

    
high fat cream - 500-600 grams;
    
Gelatin - four teaspoons;
    
high fat cottage cheese - 400-500 grams;
    
dye cherry and cocoa - on the eye;

How to cook curd dessert "Trio"
1. Type in a chilled glass of boiled water (about half a cup).2. Soak the gelatin in water.3. The high fat cottage cheese, mix with sour cream.4. Add the powdered sugar and curd (or) sugar.5. Stir in the gelatin mass, diluted with water and mix thoroughly.6. Divide the mass into three equal parts and put on different plates.7. Mass, which is the first we leave the white plate.8.
