To prepare better to take natural ingredients, and eat the salad right away. Yogurt is desirable to take home. Apple should be sour, not sweet to achieve a very pleasant taste.
Ingredients:
• a few leaves of lettuce;
• 1 sour apple;
• a handful of toasted hazelnuts;
• natural yoghurt - 125 g;
• Lemon - half;
• parsley;
• salt and pepper.
Preparation:
1. Put a lettuce leaf on a dish, chop hands of others.
2.Yabloko cut and put on top.
3.Fundukom sprinkle with apples.
4.Smeshat lemon juice and yogurt. Add parsley sauce.
5.Posolit and pepper, stir all ingredients.
